The Andover Company represented SunCoast LLC on the purchase of 10.17 acres located on Highway 167 and South 277th Street in Auburn, WA. The project was commenced and marketed as a 140,000-SF, two-building spec development catering to the mid-sized tenant with dock-high needs. After site work began, another company we represented, Toysmith Corporation, was interested in purchasing a single, freestanding 138,400 square foot facility. Site work was halted and the project was brought back through the city of Auburn for a revised permit as a build-to-suit sale for Toysmith. The finished building was 138,400 SF, which included 26,000 square feet of office, and sold for $8,098,000.
