Jim Bisset, President and Designated Broker

Jim Bisset has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 1987 and joined The Andover Company, Inc. in 1991. Prior to joining The Andover Company, Inc., Jim worked for Shurgard Capital Group. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Jim's primary focus is the leasing and sales of office buildings in the Puget Sound area. He has represented corporate clients such as Levi Strauss, Philip Environmental, Claremont Technology, Standard Register, Equilon, Transworld Systems, GE Capital, Federal Aviation Administration, Guy F. Atkinson, Cap Gemini America, Apptis, SAIC and Ygniton Networks.

He has exclusively represented owners/developers such as BlackRock Realty, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, GSIC, Birtcher Investments, Tri-Met Development, Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Foss Redevelopment, and Spieker Properties.
