Jeff Crane, Principal

With over 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, Jeff has represented tenants and landlords alike in lease and sale transactions totaling over $800 million. His successful efforts rely not only on extensive market knowledge but also on mutual respect and cooperation with both landlords and tenants, creating a win-win situation with each transaction.

Jeff specializes in industrial properties (acquisitions, dispositions, investments, build-to-suits, leasing, etc.) and representing clients in the planning and implementation of their real estate needs. Jeff has worked with national, regional and local clients, a partial list of which includes: Westinghouse, GE Transportation, Fred Meyer, ING Clarion, Galaxy Carpet Mills, Leavitt Capital, Service Paper Corp., Equifax, Jack in the Box, United Tile, Fortune Brands, Tyco, FAA, Yale Materials Handling, Dominos Pizza, US Bank, and Seattle For Exchange.

Prior to joining The Andover Company, Jeff began his career at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in 1989 working both the industrial and office markets. Since Jeff has been with The Andover Company, his success has led to becoming a principal and vice president of the company.

Jeff graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
