George Rockwell, SIOR, Principal

George Rockwell, SIOR has been with The Andover Company, Inc. for 21 years and a principal the past 15 years. During his time with the company, George has leased and or sold over 25,000,000 square feet in the Kent Valley. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (S.I.O.R.), a national organization that selects the top ten percent of commercial real estate professionals to join the organization. George is actively involved in the South King County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Executive Council.

Georges background includes an Undergraduate Degree in business and Finance from the University of Arizona in 1982. George is married and has three children.

George has worked with national, regional and local clients, a partial list of which includes: McConkey Development, Nordstrom, Brekke Properties, United Parcel Service, Wesmar Investments, Circuit City, Mastro Properties, Video Only, PM Reality Advisors, Ethan Allen, Office Depot, Rosenfeld Trust, RREEF Funds, AMB Property Corporation and Tiger Mountain Services.
