Dave Dunn, CCIM, Associate

David Dunn, CCIM has been involved in the leasing and sale of commercial property in the Kent Valley since 1983. He has been involved in over 5,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions. In addition, he has sold over 200 acres of commercial land. His experience and in depth knowledge of the development process enable him to understand thoroughly both sides of lease or sale transactions which afford him the ability to fully represent his clients.

David has worked with national, regional and local clients, a partial list of which includes: PACCAR, US Postal Service, Nordstrom, Principal Financial Group, Trojan Lithograph, Carpinito Brothers, Carolina Freight Carriers, Dallas Mavis, TNT Reddaway, Oak Harbor Freight, HON Industries, ABF Freight, Panasonic, Carr-Gottstein Foods, Bert-Well Industries, Mitsubishi Logistics, Kenworth Northwest, Wilson Products, Alaska Airlines, Spears Manufacturing, Swift Transportation, and Eagle Automotive.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He also is a CCIM Designee and is actively involved in Kent Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, NAR, University of Washington Alumni Association and the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Alumni Association.
