Bruce Clarkson, Associate
Bruce has worked in the Kent Valley Industrial Market for the past 5 years. During this time he has been actively involved in tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing of industrial and office properties. Accomplished in such a short time, these transactions show his enthusiasm, hard work and dedication. Bruce brings to the table 20 years of owning and operating his own company in the fishing industry in Alaska. He holds a 1,500-ton Masters License and has captained king crab boats of up to 170 feet in the Bering Sea.

Represented the Landlord in a newly developed 283,000 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Building in South Seattle. Originally vacant, the Port 106 Building is now almost fully leased to over 15 tenants.

Provided a 5 acre site for development of the main Seattle Facility for MV Transportation which runs the Access Bus and Microsoft transportation services.

Relocated Knight Transportation into their new West Coast Seattle Truck Facility.

Worked with MTR Transportation in their relocation of their Seattle Bus Facility.

Represented Pacific Food Importers in their search to relocate and purchase a 50,000 square foot building in the Kent Valley.
Bruce holds a Bachelors degree in English and Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two young children.
